Every downpipe is flushed with water to confirm it's clear and running freely. Blocked downpipes are the leading cause of gutter overflow — we check every one.
While we're at height, we do a visual check of gutters, brackets, joints and fascias. If we spot anything damaged or loose, we'll let you know — we don't charge extra to flag a problem.
